When you are on assignment, you may wonder who to contact with questions. This guide will help you know who to reach out to and how we may contact you.

Contact your Branch or Talent Ambassador if:

1. Your schedule or availability changes

2. There is a conflict at work

3. Something is damaged or broken

4. You see unethical behavior

5. You notice unsafe working conditions

6. You are asked to do work outside your job duties

Contact Human Resources if:

1. A work issue has not been resolved

2. You need to report an injury

3. You need to report harassment or workplace violence

Payroll Questions?

For all payroll questions, contact your branch. Your Talent Ambassador or Branch Coordinator can help.

Common payroll questions include:

1. Changing direct deposit

2. Accessing paystubs

3. Getting W-2 forms

4. Questions about deductions

5. Questions about pay or missing hours

Your Engagement Lead:

Performance Personnel has a team to support your work experience. Your Engagement Lead checks in with you to see how things are going.

They are not part of your branch. They are a neutral person you can talk to about any concerns.

You can talk to your Engagement Lead if:

• You are having trouble with a supervisor or coworker

• You feel unprepared for your assignment

Your Engagement Lead will check in with you from time to time. These calls are usually short. Please answer or return their calls as soon as you can.
