Your Engagement Lead:
Performance Personnel has an entire department dedicated to ensuring that you always have someone to talk to about your work experience. Our Engagement Leads serve to check in with you on occasion to see how you are feeling about your assignment. An Engagement Lead is not a part of any branch, they operate to ensure that you have someone to talk to regarding any challenges you may have and are uncertain to whom you should speak. They are a neutral, third-party which means you can discuss any number of concerns freely.
- The Engagement Lead will check in with you to see how the start of your Assignment has gone.
- You can let your Engagement Lead know if you are having trouble with a supervisor or coworker.
- Let you Engagement Lead know if you feel like you were inadequately prepared for an assignment.
Your Engagement Lead will reach out to you periodically to see how an assignment is going. These calls rarely take more than 5 minutes unless you have something specific to discuss. Please answer, or return your Engagement Lead calls as quickly as possible.
