How the Associate Referral Program Works:

Step 1: Refer a Friend to Performance Personnel

Interview

If you are a current Performance Personnel Associate, you can refer a friend by:

  • Using one of our referral cards
  • They can visit one of our locations and let the recruiter know you referred them
  • They can visit any of the location pages to fill out the short job inquiry application.

Step 2: After They Work 40 Hours, You Get $25!

Welcome Aboard

After the referred Associate completes 40 hours of work, you will receive $25 added to your paycheck within 3 pay periods.*

Step 3: After They Work 100 Hours, They Get $25!

After the referred Associate is hired and completes 100 hours of work without a prolonged break in service, they will receive $25 added to their paycheck within 3 pay periods.
