When you join Performance Personnel, you become part of a network of job opportunities in many states and industries. You will be assigned a Talent Ambassador who understands job needs and supports your growth.
To join, you must complete an application and interview with a Talent Ambassador. If you are hired, you are added to the Associate Pool. This means you are ready to be matched with jobs that fit your skills and interests.
Being in the Associate Pool does not guarantee a paycheck. You will only start earning pay after you are placed on an assignment and begin working.
