Engagement

The Engagement Department

The Engagement Department was created in January 2025. Because our employees work in many time zones and on different shifts, Performance Personnel wanted better ways to stay in touch.

The mission of the Engagement Department is,  “support a safe, positive, and helpful work experience for all employees.

If you are an associate, an Engagement Lead will call you soon after you start a new assignment. The call may come from a number outside your area code. If they cannot reach you by phone, they will send a text message or email.

Your Engagement Lead is not your boss. They are part of the Human Resources team and are there to support you. They may ask questions like: Were you able to find the job site? Did you feel ready for your first day?

As you continue working, your Engagement Lead will check in with you from time to time. Be open and honest with them. If something feels hard to talk about with your Talent Ambassador or Supervisor, your Engagement Lead is here to help.

You can reach out to your Engagement Lead if:

  • You have problems with a supervisor, coworker, or staff member

  • You have concerns about your schedule or job and cannot talk to your Talent Ambassador

  • Personal issues are making it hard to follow your schedule

  • You have reported safety concerns that have not been fixed

  • You are experiencing any kind of harassment

Performance Personnel is committed to creating “Healthier, more productive workplaces” our investment into the Engagements Department demonstrates our dedication to that mission.
