The Engagements Department was established in January of 2025. Due to a diverse workforce spanning multiple time zones and shifts that run 24 hours a day, Performance Personnel recognized if we wanted to maintain strong communication with our Associates, we needed to establish a line of communication beyond the branch staff.
The Engagement Department’s mission is, “To foster a culture of safety, collaboration, growth and satisfaction for our employees’ workplace experiences by providing meaningful and systematic engagement.”
If you are an associate, you will receive a call from your Engagement Lead shortly after the start of a new assignment. The call may not come from your area code. If your Engagement Lead can’t reach you by phone call, they will send you a text message.
Your Engagement Lead is not an authority figure, they are a member of the Human Resources Department and their sole interest is in your work experience. Where you able to find the job site okay? Did you feel adequately prepared for the job when you arrived?
As you continue to work at your assigned location, your Engagement Lead will reach out periodically just to check in and see how your are doing. We encourage you to be open and honest with your Engagement Lead. Sometimes, discussing certain issues with your Talent Ambassador or Supervisor may be uncomfortable. Your Engagement Lead fills a much needed communication gap. Reach out to them:
- If you are experiencing challenges with a supervisor, fellow associate or even a member of Performance Personnel staff
- If there is something about your schedule or work that concerns you and you are unable to discuss it with your Talent Ambassador
- If you have personal challenges that is making it difficult to adhere to your schedule
- If there are safety concerns that you have brought up to your Talent Ambassador or PMP, but continue to go unaddressed
- If you are dealing with harassment of any kind
