When you refer a friend to become a Performance Personnel Associate, you earn a $25 bonus after the referred Associate completes 40 hours of work.    After they work 100 hours, they earn a $25 bonus. (The bonus will be added to your paychecks within 3 pay periods of qualification.)

*To qualify for the bonus, the Associates must be employed and in good standing with Performance Personnel.  They do not need to be on assignment, but must be within 40 days of successfully completing their most recent assignment.
