We offer two plans: a Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan and a MEC Wellness/Preventative Plan.

You must choose to enroll or decline coverage within your first 30 days on a new assignment. If you do not make a choice, it may lead to discipline, including possible termination.

Performance Personnel staff are not licensed to discuss insurance. Your Talent Ambassador will help you enroll or decline coverage through your employee portal.
