Attendance and Timeliness

Performance Personnel uses a timekeeping system called TimeIPS. Most employees and associates are required to use this system.

To make sure you are paid correctly and on time, you must always log your time in TimeIPS. You need to record when you start work each day, when you stop working, when you start your breaks, and when you end your breaks.

Sometimes, you may also be asked to use a time system from one of our business partners. If this happens, you must clock in to both systems. Your Performance Personnel team will make sure the time in both systems matches.

How To Access TimeIPS

Timekeeping Guidelines

  • The time you enter in TimeIPS is your official work record. It is treated as a legal document by Performance Personnel.

  • Record all time you work accurately. This includes time worked outside your normal schedule.

  • You must record all time worked. No manager or supervisor can ask you to work without recording your time.

  • Working “off the clock” is not allowed. If you are asked to do this, contact Performance Personnel’s Human Resources right away.

  • You are not allowed to record time for another employee. Only Payroll, Human Resources, or senior leadership can adjust your time.

Approving Your Timesheet

To make sure you are paid correctly, check and approve your timesheet at the end of each week. If you see an error, contact your manager or Talent Ambassador. If everything is correct, approve your timesheet.

  1. View your timesheet
  2. Fix any errors
  3. Approve your timesheet
  4. Your manager may also review it
  5. You will be paid on Friday for the previous week
