Attendance and Timeliness

Performance Personnel utilizes a cutting-edge timekeeping system called TimeIPS and requires most Performance Personnel employees and associates to participate in its use.

In order to ensure that you receive your pay without error and in a timely fashion, you will always log your time in the Performance Personnel TimeIPS system.  You must record the time that you start working each day, the time you stop working each day, the time you start your breaks, and the time you end your breaks.

Sometimes, Performance personnel employees are asked to use an additional timekeeping system for our business partners by our business partners. If our business partner requires that you utilize their system, you will clock in to BOTH systems and the clock activity between the two systems will be reconciled by your Performance Personnel team.

How To Access TimeIPS

Timekeeping Guidelines

  • Understand that the activity you log in TimeIPS is the official Timekeeping record and are considered by Performance Personnel to be legal documents.
  • Record all time worked accurately.
  • Record all time worked including time worked outside of your normal schedule. No manager or supervisor has the authority to direct an employee to perform work, but not record the time.
  • Working “off the clock” is strictly prohibited. If you are ever asked to work “off the clock,” contact Performance Personnel’s Human Resource department immediately.
  • You are not authorized to record or report the time worked or log timeclock activity for any other employee. No employees other than those working in Performance Personnel’s Payroll department, Human Resource department, or on the senior leadership team are permitted to record, report, or adjust your logged time.
  • Some situations require that the company rounds time recorded up to the nearest minute. Time recorded is never logged down.

Approving Your Timesheet

To help ensure that you are paid accurately, we invite you to view and approve your timesheet at the end of each work week.  If you notice any errors, contact your timesheet approval manager or Talent Ambassador to address errors.  If everything looks okay, approve your timesheet.

  1. View your timesheet
  2. Address any errors
  3. Approve your timesheet
  4. Your manager will approve your timesheet if necessary
  5. You will receive your paychecks on Friday for the prior workweek
