What We Do for You

Performance Personnel is a Staffing agency dedicated to creating “Healthier, More Productive Workplaces”. We partner with businesses to provide talent for a variety of positions. When you join Performance Personnel, you are joining a network of job opportunities across many states and industries. You are assigned a Talent Amabassador, a person who is familiar with the job role needs, and interested in your personal growth and advancement.

Joining Performance Personnel requires that you fill out an application and interview with a Talent Ambassador. If you are hired, you are added to the Performance Personnel, Associate Pool. This means that you are ready to be assigned to jobs that match your interests, skills, knowledge, and abilities. Being placed into the Associate Pool does not automatically guarantee a paycheck. It is only once you are assigned to and start a job for one of our clients that you will start earning a paycheck.

What we do for you:

  • We get to know you
  • We note your skills and abilities
  • We discuss your schedule and availability
  • We offer training and support
  • We are your Employer (unless Direct Hire or you move to a Permanent Hire with a client), no matter what client you work for, we handle your pay.

    • When you work for Performance Personnel you are joining an organization that functions to advance your earning potential. We will advocate for you, and give you the guidance you need to succeed at any of the jobs to which you are assigned.
